Can I study at PIIE from outside Uganda?
Yes. PIIE is a fully online institution, so you can apply and study from any country in the world. All you need is an internet connection. We welcome international students and accept equivalent international qualifications.
Are PIIE qualifications recognised?
Yes. National Certificates and Diplomas are examined by UVTAB (Uganda Vocational and Technical Assessment Board). Bachelor’s degrees, Postgraduate Diplomas and Master’s programmes are offered through affiliation and partnership with accredited institutions.
How do I apply?
Applying is fully online and takes a few minutes. Choose your programme, complete the application form, upload your documents, and submit. You can pay your application fee securely by card, Mobile Money or bank transfer.
How do I pay fees?
Fees can be paid online via card, Mobile Money (MTN and Airtel) or bank transfer. Flexible installment plans are also available to help spread payments across the term.
Can I study while working full-time?
Absolutely. Our programmes are designed for working professionals. Lectures are recorded and schedules are flexible, so you can study around your job and family commitments.
What do I need to study online?
A reliable internet connection, a smartphone or computer, and regular study time. Everything else — live classes, lectures, assignments and exams — happens on our online learning platform.
